The Nopuram 816.01 Venini table lamp, designed by Ettore Sottsass, expresses the designer's creative vision through the combination of geometric shapes and contrasting colours. The design reflects the avant-garde visual language developed by Sottsass from the 1970s onwards, characterised by complex compositions that bring together the tradition of Murano glassmaking and a contemporary approach to design.

The lamp features a structure composed of layered and juxtaposed glass elements, supported by a marble base and a metal frame. The combination of different materials and geometric forms creates a sculptural composition in which each element contributes to the distinctive character of the design.
