Mathilda is a modern stool born from a simple idea, perfectly suited to its purpose: two trestles provide strength and character, supporting the seat while also serving as supports for the backrest and allowing the stool to be stacked. This thoughtful, understated concept brings the design into a contemporary context, with the potential to evolve into a coherent, functional and recognisable seating system.
A version with a woven backrest and upholstered seat is also available.
Band-style armrest covers in braided cord, leather or fabric. Mathilda has non-removable upholstery.

MATHILDA MOROSO STOOL STRUCTURE:

Mathilda features an oak or ash wood frame, available in the following finishes:

The seat and backrest are padded with flame-retardant polyurethane foam and upholstered in coverings from the following categories:
