Made in Murano glass, the Pavoncella Venini sculpture is one of the animal works designed by Toni Zuccheri.
Designed by Toni Zuccheri in 1980, the Pavoncella Venini sculpture interprets in Murano glass the elegance of the lapwing that gives it its name. The son of animal painter Luigi Zuccheri, the artist inherited his father's passion for animals, recurring subjects in his creations.
The sculpture is hand-crafted in Italy by the Murano master glassmakers. Each piece is numbered by year of production, and the variations between pieces, typical of the artisanal process, make it unique.
