Kyo Martex Desk with drawer

Kyo Martex is an executive, presidential desk with drawer unit in a modern design, with simple forms that enhance the use of materials and the strong thickness of the tops. Kyo is characterised by its maximum customisation, thanks to the wide range of articles and finishes. It includes a wide variety of materials: from wood to lacquered, from glass to leather, from concrete to solid surface or Fenix. Available with 70 mm thick wooden legs in the same colour as the top, structural under-desk storage units or extra-clear glass legs for a suspended desk effect. Various options are available for electrification, such as cable grommets with socket in top finish, plug-in socket, chrome-plated cable grommet.

KYO MARTEX DESK STRUCTURE:

Desk made with tops in:

• Wooden tops: made of 70 mm thick chipboard veneered with ajus veneer available in the finishes of the material sample book
  Matt lacquered tops: made of 70 mm thick MDF honeycomb sandwich board veneered with melamine paper and polyurethane primer, painted with matt embossed polyurethane paints.
• Leather or faux leather tops: made of 70 mm thick MDF honeycomb sandwich board, covered with melamine-coated paper and a polyurethane base and covered in leather or faux leather.
• Cristalplant tops: made of 65 mm thick chipboard covered with melamine-coated paper, covered with a 3 mm thick sheet of white Cristalplant (acrylic resin) both on the upper face and on the long side of the edges; the connection between the top and the edge is made with a quarter-tone joint.
• Top with front panel in leather and faux leather: made of 65 mm thick chipboard honeycomb faced with melamine paper and covered in the leather and faux leather visible in the material swatchbook

Legs available in:

• L-shaped wooden desk legs: made of 70 mm thick honeycomb chipboard veneered with ajus veneer in tobacco oak, walnut or classic oak finish with folding technology.
• L-shaped lacquered desk legs: made of 70 mm thick honeycomb chipboard veneered with melamine paper and polyurethane primer, lacquered with matt embossed polyurethane lacquer, or with glossy brushed polyurethane lacquer.
• L-shaped leather or faux leather desk legs: made of 70 mm thick MDF honeycomb sandwich board, melamine-coated with melamine paper and polyurethane base and covered in leather or faux leather.
• Bridge desk legs: the wooden version is made of plywood veneered with ajus precomposite in the finishes of the material swatch book; the lacquered version is made of plywood with a polyurethane base, painted with matt or gloss brushed embossed polyurethane varnishes.
• The leather and faux leather version is made of MDF honeycomb board, melamine-coated with melamine paper and polyurethane base and covered in leather or faux leather.
• Dattilo and bookcase with glass bases: the tops of the wooden version are made of 70 mm thick chipboard veneered with ajus precomposite in the catalogue finishes; the lacquered version is made of 70 mm thick MDF honeycomb sandwich board, faced with melamine paper and polyurethane base, painted with matte embossed or glossy brushed polyurethane varnishes. The bookcase sides and dactyl bases are made of 15 mm thick extra-clear tempered glass and packed in a wooden crate. The shelves are equipped with a glass locking mechanism.
• Glass bases: made of 15 mm thick tempered extra-clear transparent or lacquered glass and packed in a wooden crate.

Various options for the electrification of desk tops and meeting tables, e.g. various cable guides, plug-in sockets, flippers and flip tops. Cable entry is via vertebra in the single leg or via electrified central leg. Please contact customer service for more information.

Upon request, it is possible to add Modesty Panels that can be attached to the under-desk by means of special supports that can be freely attached to the beams; available with straight or rounded corners.
