One Console Bonaldo

The One Console Bonaldo, designed by Alain Gilles, features an unexpected and deliberately irregular architecture inspired by prehistoric dolmens, whose elements appear to have been stacked in an unstable arrangement. The curved modules forming the base sit very close together, while a narrow opening between them allows light to pass through and changes the perception of their profiles from different viewing angles.

One is available in two configurations. The standard version combines a veneered wood top with a Metal Plus base in bronze or lead. The Mono Material version coordinates the top and base in the same finish: either wood veneer with a matching wood-clad metal base, or hand-applied spatula clay covering both the wooden top and the metal base.
