Rigoletto Bonaldo Bed

The Rigoletto Bonaldo Bed, designed by Paolo Grasselli, was conceived to give the upholstered bed a more dynamic and innovative identity without sacrificing formal clarity. The headboard is divided into vertical sections of different widths, creating the illusion of a surface that visually continues beyond its sides. The particular upholstery construction introduces a subtle geometric rhythm across the padded surface.

The internal structure is made of wood and wood conglomerate with painted metal corner plates. The headboard and bed frame are padded with shaped polyurethane foam and feature a velveteen lining coupled with polyester fibre. The cylindrical feet are made of matt black painted metal. Upholstery is available in fabric, eco-leather or leather; fabric and eco-leather covers are removable, while leather is not removable.

Fabric: 800, 900, Class, Must, Special.

Eco-leather: Ecopelle, Ecopelle Soft.

Leather: Capri, Procida, Panarea, Ponza Nabuk.

Fabric and eco-leather upholstery is removable. Leather upholstery is not removable.

Rigoletto: slatted bed base and mattress not included. The bed features a central bar and height-adjustable bed-base supports, allowing the height of the base and mattress to be adjusted by 16 cm.

Rigoletto Open: storage version with slatted bed base included. Mattress not included.
