Kriss Bonaldo Bed
The Kriss Bonaldo Bed, designed by Maurizio and Silvia Varsi, offers a contemporary interpretation of the relationship between the solidity of wood and the softness of upholstered materials. The wooden structure remains deliberately visible and becomes one of the design's defining features, while the two large padded cushions forming the headboard add an extra sense of comfort. The combination of fabric, eco-leather or leather with wood gives the bed a warm and elegant appearance.
The internal bed frame structure is made of solid wood, while the headboard is made of wood and wood conglomerate; supports and corner plates are in painted metal. The headboard is padded with shaped polyurethane foam and features a front layer composed of 50% feathers and 50% polyester fibre enclosed in 100% cotton feather-proof fabric. The rear features a velveteen lining coupled with polyester fibre. The bed frame is made of solid wood with visible shaped feet. Fabric, eco-leather or leather upholstery is removable.
