Doge Bonaldo Armchair with Wooden Base

The Doge Bonaldo Armchair with Wooden Base, designed by Mauro Lipparini, takes its inspiration from the Doge, the head of government of the historic Venetian Republic. Two flaps extending from the armrests wrap around the seat and recall the Doge's characteristic headgear, giving the armchair a distinctive and authoritative appearance. References to 1970s aesthetics combine with a contemporary design language to create a balance of elegance, simplicity and comfort.

In this version, Doge features substantial solid wood legs that visually lift the upholstered seat. The upholstery is available in fabric or leather, while the base can be selected in American Walnut or Coal Ash. The upholstery is not removable.
