The modular armchair / Flap sofa by Scab Design is a modular upholstered system that allows free configuration of multiple elements to create bespoke lounge and seating solutions, ideal for outdoor and contract environments. The seating modules are designed to be combined with support surfaces and tables, including suspended tables that integrate harmoniously into the composition. These suspended tabletops, made of triangular HPL, attach directly to the structure and provide functional surfaces without compromising the visual lightness of the design, transforming a static layout into a dynamic and versatile system. The painted steel frame and generously padded cushions with balanced volumes ensure comfort and durability even in intensive outdoor use. The design is characterised by flexible backrests inspired by aircraft flaps, enhancing comfort and allowing personalised seating positions.
