Made in blown, sandblasted opaline Murano glass, the Deco Venini vase belongs to the eponymous collection designed by Napoleone Martinuzzi.
Designed by Napoleone Martinuzzi in 1930, the Deco Venini vase takes its name from the Art Deco style of the period. The shape is marked by a sequence of rings that repeat and alternate, increasing and decreasing in diameter along the body of the vase, recalling the movement of concentric circles on water.
The vase is hand-blown in Italy by the Murano master glassmakers in opaline glass, finished with a sandblasting process that gives the surface a matte, velvety appearance. The variations between each piece are part of the artisanal process and make every piece unique.
