The 1960 Gervasoni Rex Kralj stool with backrest, designed by Bart Schilder in 2020, combines an angular frame with a gently curved wooden seat and backrest. The contrast between the geometry of the frame and the softness of the surfaces defines a minimalist design that highlights the natural character of the material.
The contoured seat and backrest provide comfortable support. The seat is also available in a padded, upholstered version to personalise the stool’s appearance. The open frame keeps the overall design visually light and highlights the curved elements.
Available in heights of 65 and 75 cm, the 1960 stool suits kitchen peninsulas, islands and bar counters. A versatile seat that interprets the collection’s style through balanced proportions, functionality and attention to detail.
