The backless 1960 Gervasoni Rex Kralj stool, designed by Bart Schilder in 2021, combines an angular frame with a gently curved wooden seat. The contrast between the geometry of the frame and the softness of the seating surface defines a minimalist design that highlights the natural character of the material.
The contoured seat provides comfortable support and is also available in a padded, upholstered version to personalise the stool’s appearance. The absence of a backrest keeps the profile visually light and leaves an unobstructed view of the counter beside which it is placed.
Available in heights of 65 and 75 cm, the 1960 stool suits kitchen peninsulas, islands and bar counters. A versatile seat that interprets the collection’s style through balanced proportions, functionality and attention to detail.
