Dogma Bonaldo Bookcase

The Dogma Bonaldo Bookcase, designed by Alain Gilles, plays with shapes, proportions and changing viewpoints. The design is built around distinctive tapered, teardrop-shaped uprights that appear rounded and soft or slimmer and sharper depending on the viewing angle. The different modules can be combined to create larger compositions, while Dogma can be positioned against a wall or used free-standing as a room divider.

Dogma is available in 113, 180 and 240 cm widths, always 40 cm deep, and in 47, 92, 137 and 182 cm heights. In the mono-colour version the shelves are in matt lacquered wood and the metal uprights are finished to match. In the bi-colour version the shelves are in Canaletto walnut or coal oak and are combined with Racing green, bronze or lead uprights.
